Delivery and Shipping

We offer shipping rates anywhere in the world.

Shipping costs in Canada :

Shipping is free on all orders over $60 (CAD) before taxes in standard parcel delivery by Canada Post. However, the customer can choose a faster delivery option at his own expense.

For orders under 60$ (CAD), the delivery fees are at the exclusive charge of the customer. It will be at the discretion of the customer to choose a shipping method using the Canada Post delivery calculator (Standard Parcel, Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost or Priority Parcel).

International Shipping Charges :

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. It will be at the customer’s discretion to choose a shipping option using the Canada Post shipping calculator (Small Package by Air, Trackable Package, Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost).

Shipping rates are subject to change. Orders may be eligible for additional shipping charges depending on the size and volume of the order.

Customers will always be contacted before such an amount is added.

2. Other fees

For international orders, the customer may have to pay other fees or charges. Indeed, depending on the country of destination, the customer may have to pay customs duties. Customs duty is an import duty (tariff) levied on goods entering a country, according to the country’s tariff list.

Generally, the customs authority or agency of a country imposes and collects customs duties. Customs duties differ for different products.

3. Preparation of orders

All orders require 1 to 3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipment.

4. Responsibility of transport companies

They ensure the delivery during the working days. Shipment confirmation is sent to the customer with the tracking number of the package if this shipping option has been chosen.

It is possible for the customer to track his shipments via the tracking tool that will be sent to you.

For all international orders, our carriers will take care of the packages until the borders where they will be taken in charge by a local carrier.

5. Our responsibility is our transparency.

Herb-e-Concept ensures that each package is carefully prepared and protected to limit any damage during transport. Herb-e-Concept cannot be held responsible for additional delivery delays incurred by the carrier.
